Leona Coker

Leona E.  Coker 78, passed away May 24, 2018 at Meadowview Healthcare Center in Salem Indiana.  

She was born 6-14-39 to Robert and Evelyn  Garriett.  Both parents,all four of her siblings,three infant daughters,a grandaughter along with her late husband Robert Coker preceded her in death.

She is survived by five daughters,Ednalee Mattingly,Linda Reardon,Zalena Jackson,Laura Moore, and Chasity Anderson. 12 grandchildren,20 great-grandchildren, and 14 great-great-grandchildren.

She chose to have no service or visitation.  Instead her wishes were to be cremated and have her husband Robert Coker, who passed away last year, ashes put together and spread over her grandparents farm in Borden,where she grew up.  A private celebration of her life will be done at this time. She will be greatly missed.
