Dolores Wooten

Dolores Wooten, 86, Scottsburg, died July 2, 2018, at Scottsburg.

Born January 9, 1932, in  Jefferson County, Indiana, she was the daughter of Floyd Arbuckle and Golda Mae Burchfield Arbuckle. She was a former employee of the old Army Ammunition plant and Scott Memorial Hospital.

Survivors include two daughters: Nancy (Junior) Couch and Barbara (Steve) Blackwood; two sons: Gary Wooten and John Wooten; a brother: Lloyd (Mary) Arbuckle; two sisters-in-law: Sylvia Arbuckle and Marjorie Arbuckle; grandchildren: Robert (Michelle) Couch, Gregory (Joy) Couch, Michael Bright, Dwayne Blackwood, Jeremy (Deanna) Blackwood; great-grandchildren: Kaitlyn Couch, Zakerie Blackwood, Morgon Blackwood, Dylan Blackwood, Kristina Couch.

She was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers: Norman Arbuckle, Donald Arbuckle Sr. and James E. Arbuckle; and a sister: June McDaniel.

Funeral service will be held at Stewart & Hoagland Funeral Home, 80 N. 1st St., Scottsburg, at 1 p.m. on Friday, July 6. Visitation is from 11 a.m. to time of service at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Scottsburg Cemetery.
