What's the future for the John Hay Center?

With the closing of the John Hay House on the grounds of the Stevens Memorial Museum due to structural issues, Chris Bundy ponders the future of the facility. The site is now also closed on Saturdays. In a guest commentary, Bundy explores issues facing the John Hay Center, including financial instability and lack of a clear vision for the future.

The museum, over 50 years old, was established due to a committed effort from local individuals. Bundy says it's time for the community to come together and get involved to save this landmark from a slow demise.
