Planning the perfect wedding

Wedding planning starts in some cases before the proposal ever happens, but once the engagement is official the work begins. Mallery Deaton and Trey Haendiges were married on June 3, 2017, and Mallery said, “We planned on and off from the engagement day in April 2016 up until our wedding day.”
Deciding the date and securing the necessity details like the venue, food and gown were the first items on the to-do list. “We tackled the major details first; wedding venue, reception venue, officiate, wedding dress, caterer and photographer,” she explained. Then they could have some fun. “Once some of the major details were selected we focused on other exciting details such as shopping for bridesmaid dresses, hiring a videographer, selecting a cake design, brainstorming floral arrangements for the wedding and so on.”
“The wedding day was perfect,” Trey said. Being surrounded by friends and family both at the church, Mt. Tabor Christian Church, and at the reception at Cornerstone Hall was the highlight.
Trey said laughing, “My friends in the bridal party on the dance floor is something that I, or anyone else at the wedding, will never forget!”
