Larry "Bub" Cleo Jackson

Larry “Bub” Cleo Jackson, age 83 of Borden, passed away in his home surrounded by his loved ones.

Larry’s Hobbies were driving his John Deer with a smile, piddling in his garage, and working on Vehicles. He was known for Loving on his wife and being the most selfless man, who would give the shirt off his back to anyone in need.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 61 years: Sharon Jackson; 2 Children: Teresa Rone (Curtis) and Michael Jackson (Bobbie); 7 Grandchildren; 10 Great-Grandchildren; 2 Great-Great Grandchildren; 1 Brother; 4 Sisters; and several nieces and nephews that loved him dearly .

He was preceded in death by his parents: Leo and Betty Jackson; Mother-in-Law; Father-in-Law; 3 Brothers and 1 Daughter: Monica Lynn Jackson.

Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, February 21, 2024 at 11:00 A.M. at Hughes-Taylor Funeral Home – Borden Chapel, with Jon Sweetland officiating. Burial to follow at Swayback Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 20, 2024 from 4:00 P.M to 8:00 P.M and on Wednesday from 10:00 A.M until the time of service at the Funeral Home.
