Beth Ann Jack-Palmer

Beth Ann Jack-Palmer, age 45, passed away Tuesday November 14, 2017, in New Albany, Indiana, as a result of a automobile accident. Beth was born April 26, 1972, in Xenia, Ohio.

Beth is preceded in death by her grandparents: George and Gladys Jack and Archie and Jean Henderson as well as a brother Michael Wayne Jack II.

Beth is survived by her parents: Michael Jack (Tina) and Carolyn Sue (Henderson) Camp (Dale); boyfriend: Brian Vamos; daughters: Cheyanne Vamos and Alisha Palmer; sons: Michael Palmer (Christy) and Dylan Palmer (Michaela); sister: Debbie Smith (Zack) and a brother: Billy Jack (Liz). Beth is also survived by her five grandchildren. Beth loved animals especially her dog: Tiny who went with her everywhere. Memorial contributions can be made in Beth’s name to the McColaugh Funeral Home to help with final expenses.

Funeral services were held at 12 p.m. Saturday, Nov.18, 2017, at the McColaugh Funeral Home, 826 N. Detroit St. Xenia, Ohio 45385 with Father John Krumm officiating.
