New Hope men are at it again

Fish fans, here’s an easy way to support Shop With a Cop. This Friday, Oct. 5, the New Hope United Methodist Men will again be serving breaded cod fish sandwiches. This will be the last fish fry held this season.

“We appreciate all the clients who came. We get a lot of good comments,” said Meredith “Pete” Peters from the New Hope United Methodist Men. Sales from the fundraiser average 300. The group plans to continue the  very popular lunches next year.

The cost for a fish sandwich, chips and drink is $4. The event will be held at Salem City Hall parking lot (Purlee Plaza) from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Proceeds will benefit Shop With a Cop.
