Washington County is waking up to ice covered trees, houses and roadways this morning. We will provide updates on conditions as we receive them. 

Salem and East Washington schools are closed today and West Washington is on a two-hour delay. 

Duke Energy has reported approximately 54,000 customers out of power statewide at this time. Damage assessment is underway. No estimated times of restoration have been established yet.
