Community grieves loss of veterinarian

Many people in the area are grieving the loss of West Washington graduate and Hardinsburg veterinarian Dr. Bill McDonald, who died early morning from injuries sustained when a furnace exploded at his home Friday. He was 47.
McDonald was a 1988 graduate of West Washington High School and a graduate of Purdue University. He was owner of McDonald Veterinary Clinic located just west of Hardinsburg.
McDonald leaves behind his wife, Lindsay, and their three children, Jacob, Madelyn and Joseph.
Funeral arrangements have not yet been announced.
