St. Vincent medical practice moves to Salem

St. Vincent announced that its medical practice, led by Melinda Clark, Nurse Practitioner, located in Campbellsburg will move to a new location in Salem, effective April 12. The new office will be located near St. Vincent Salem at 102 Connie Avenue, Suite 204, Salem.
 
“This new location will provide patients with convenient access to laboratory, rehabilitation and other vital healthcare services that are provided at our hospital,” said Dana Muntz, Administrator, St. Vincent Salem. “We’ve also added telehealth technology in the West Washington School Corporation to ensure students have access to healthcare services without having to leave school premises,” added Muntz.
 
The Campbellsburg office will close on April 12 and patients will be seen by Clark at the new location on April 15. Clark is a Nurse Practitioner Specialist with more than 12 years of diverse experience and a  graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University.
