Help save lives, donate

There is a constant need for blood. Salem City Government is sponsoring a blood drive on Friday, May 1, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The location has changed due to city hall being closed (city employees are working). The blood drive will be held at the Salem-Washington County Senior Center, 1705 N. Shelby St. Since the senior center is presently closed, only donors and Red Cross staff will be in the building.

All donors are required to wear a face covering or mask. Please bring one with you. If you do not have a mask, one will be provided to you.

Donating blood makes a difference in the lives of others. Be a hero, give.

If you have questions, call Joy at 812-883-4265.
