Big thing...tiny house

The biggest thing to hit the housing market is, in fact, a tiny house. Girod’s Mini Barns, located right here in Washington County is starting to ease into the market.

After taking the tiny house to a home show in Louisville, they realized how popular the houses had become. On average, they market a tiny house as a basic 12x28 size but they can make it a little bigger to add a bathroom and bedroom.

“While the tiny houses could be our sole business, we like our sheds,” Reuben explained.
