It wasn't just the group of students swaying and singing along to the music during Saturday evening's production of "Hamiltunes," who represented Salem Schools that night. Six Salem High School choir members took the stage as chorus members with the Indiana University students performing in the show.

Mariah Dillon, Melea Hardin, Destiny Davis, Jaden Knuckles, Nathan Smith and Zec Morris performed in the show, brought to the community by the IU Center for Rural Engagement.
