From kids dressed as 100 year old men and women to secret spy agents, it was a busy 100th day of school at Bradie Shrum Elementary School on Tuesday.
For the past several years, students in Savannah Hartsfield and Jennifer Carter’s kindergarten classes have dressed up as 100 year old people. With canes, oversized glasses, knee highs and more, it was hard to tell if you were in a classroom or a nursing home Tuesday morning.
The classrooms of Brooke Ingram, Jenisa Collier, Amy Weaver and Pam Barry were full of spies, all looking for the number 100. The students found clues that helped them find the missing digits. Each class had their own story and mission.
The teachers said they thought it would be a fun way to change things up, while still celebrating a fun milestone at school.
