Hoosier Hills PACT/Washington Co Tobacco & Cessation…. “Rx for Change”, Thursday April 25th from 11am-1pm at St. Vincent Salem Hospital in the Education Room. This program is a Clinician Assisted Tobacco Cessation Training of UCSF and is being presented by James Passereni RPH. This is his sixth presentation on this topic. Attached is the Rx for Change flier with additional details. CE's are offered.  A light lunch will be
