Lunch and Learn

April is Child Abuse Prevention Month. Join in on the discussion at a Lunch and Learn, Wednesday April 10^th from Noon-1pm at the Washington County Government building at 806 Martinsburg Rd. in Salem. Join St. Vincent Salem Hospital, the Washington County Prevent Child Abuse Council and the Indiana Dept. of Child Services Washington County to learn more about early recognition and signs of child abuse in order to intervene and save more lives. Guest speaker is Erika G. Janes, RN, Injury Prevention Coordinator of Safe Kids Louisville and Prevention & Wellness Norton Children’s Hospital. Sponsored by Salem Exchange Club and catered by Country Cookin’. Donations will be accepted and all proceeds will be used by the Washington County Prevent Child Abuse Council to fund activities/programs for the children in our community.
